I bought these because I was sick of trying to wrap my nails in foil to remove my gels or soaking my fingers in acetone which really dries out my skin. Now I know they work so well, I will buy another set to help with rotation between clients. They are easy to apply and easy to remove and easy to sanitize. My clients report they are very comfortable to wear and yes, nearly all my clients tested to see if they could still use their phones and they could. I still use a small bit of foil to help avoid any dribbles but my foil usage has been cut in half. These little gems have saved me many minutes with wrapping up clients nails and the best part is, I'm getting better removal because the soaked pad in being kept close and tight to the product which enables for better soak off. I don't have particularly big thumbs, either. My only complaint is that it's hard to get the clips to fit properly on my thumbs, popping open too easily there. The adjustable fit makes it easy to get the cotton right up next to the nail for good acetone penetration, and the clips are quite comfortable to wear. Of all of those things, these are the best and most effective. Silicone caps, little cups that you wear on the ends of your fingers, clothespin style clips, and foil, of course.
They definitely cut out time and you can still use your phone with them which is great! Makes soaking off polish that much easier, and you spend less time drilling!
